BYTP. BeYond The Photobooth
Beyond the photo. Into the brand experience.
I designed a customer acquisition program built around local partnerships. By mapping visitor journeys, I connected a café and a photo booth through reciprocal offers. The initial 500 coupons were distributed within two weeks, prompting an additional run of 300. Photo booth revenue increased by 23% during the campaign.

UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMERS
Starting where customers already were.
I studied how photo booth customers and visitors moved through Suwon’s Haengnidan-gil neighborhood. Cafés and photo booths attracted overlapping audiences, so I proposed Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters as our first local partner.
DESIGNING THE JOURNEY
Turning shared audiences into new customers.
Photo booth customers received a café offer, and café customers received a photo booth offer. The reciprocal structure introduced each brand to the other’s audience. The initial 500 coupons were distributed within two weeks, and we expanded the total to 800. Photo booth revenue grew by 23% during the campaign.
EXPANDING THE SCOPE
From a local partnership to a broader brand presence.
The work expanded to pop-ups at Shinsegae Department Store and Lotte World Mall, private-label product content, digital advertising, and website development. I planned and managed multiple points of contact between the brand and its customers.
Interview filming and editing
After discovering that a customer’s popular Instagram video about BYTP had helped launch their work as an influencer, I filmed and edited an interview about their experience.
Merchandise photography and editing
I shot and edited product content in the photo booth store to support merchandise sales.
