LCK · BRION eSports
Connecting fans and players. Even without a live crowd.
I managed the growth of LCK’s official Instagram from launch to 110,000 followers. By tracking fan responses, I quickly turned audience needs into relevant content and formats. I later applied those insights to BRION’s long-term fan engagement and brand strategy.

RESPONDING TO CHANGE
What fans wanted when arenas were empty.
Fans responded more strongly to players’ expressions, voices, and behind-the-scenes moments than to match results alone. I produced interviews and on-site content immediately after matches, then used recurring themes in comments to shape what came next. This created an ongoing feedback loop between the channel and its audience.
FROM INSIGHT TO STRATEGY
Turning daily audience insights into a five-year plan.
I monitored views, engagement, and comments alongside competitor marketing activity. Those insights informed the five-year marketing plan I developed for BRION’s LCK franchise bid. The plan set out a long-term vision for the team as the league moved to a franchise model; BRION was selected as one of its 10 franchise teams.
BUILDING THE BRAND
Giving fans more ways to stay connected.
At BRION, I worked across social content, uniforms, merchandise, and sponsorships. My role expanded from channel growth to shaping experiences that encouraged fans to keep returning, supporting, and buying from the team.
