ILDONG PHARMACEUTICAL
Complex information. Clearer experiences.
I lead UX/UI planning and project management for the redesign of Ildong Pharmaceutical’s corporate website. I translate the needs of visitors, administrators, and the client into an information architecture and CMS for extensive corporate, product, and R&D content. I manage requirements, issues, and decisions through implementation, connecting planning with delivery.

DEFINING THE PROBLEM
Organizing information around what people need to do.
The website held extensive product, research, and corporate information, but lacked a clear way for visitors to find what they needed. I reorganized the content and redesigned the information architecture around user goals and key scenarios. I use ChatGPT and Claude to support product database organization, specialist research, and multilingual content review—accelerating research, classification, and verification while keeping judgment and review in the process.
DESIGNING THE SOLUTION
Helping visitors move from information to action.
I designed a journey that takes visitors beyond corporate information: from finding a product to locating a pharmacy where they can buy it. Alongside the public-facing UX, I planned the CMS for content and product data, considering both user experience and operational efficiency.
CONNECTING THE TEAM
Taking responsibility through implementation.
I lead regular client meetings to clarify requirements and priorities, and coordinate implementation with design, front-end, and engineering teams. Managing issues and decisions until they reach the live service has deepened my understanding of the product development process.
