LGE.COM
One brand. Whoever builds it.
I developed the UX/UI guidelines for LGE.COM Home Style promotions. I analyzed layouts that varied from campaign to campaign, identified the core patterns, and built a clear Figma guide that everyone involved in production could use.

Finding the bottleneck
Every campaign was starting again.
Each promotion used a different layout and production approach, leading teams to repeat planning, design, and review work. I identified this as an operational bottleneck that made new promotions harder to launch quickly.
Creating a repeatable system
Eight types. Fourteen modules.
I broke down existing promotions by purpose and information structure, reorganized them into eight types, and defined 14 common modules. Teams could then combine the right structures for each campaign instead of building every page from scratch.
Making delivery faster
A Figma guide the whole team can use.
I built the system into a Figma guide and handed it over to the LG Electronics and HSAD teams. It gave merchandisers, marketers, designers, and front-end teams a shared reference, reducing repeated communication and inefficient production work from planning through implementation.
